Consider the following before letting out your flat on rent/lease:

Members / Flat Owners may please also note that prior approval of IPCFOA is essential before tenants are allowed to occupy flats in IRWO Palm Court. This has been necessitated to prevent undesirable elements from occupying flats in our residential complex.  A prospective tenant is also required to fill up the Tenant Verification Form (in duplicate) and submit the same to the IPCFOA office duly forwarded by the house owner before being allowed to occupy flat. IPCFOA, on behalf of flat owner will submit a copy of the Tenant Verification Form to Kasna Police Station for necessary action. Allottees / Members of IPCFOA may please note that it is primarily their responsibility to have their respective tenants verified by the police as mandated by the Gautam Budh Nagar District Police. It may please be noted that half a month's rent as per the rent mentioned in rent lease deed shall be payable to IPCFOA by new tenants occupying flats in IRWO Palm Court w.e.f. 19.01.2008. The tenant registration charge shall also be applicable in case of tenants relocating to a different flat within the IRWO Palm Court premises.
